Bring your friends, family or team out to run the Titans Foundation 5K Presented by SeatGeek on Saturday, August 19th and finish on the 50 yard line. Each runner receives a commemorative t-shirt and game ticket for a game of their choice, December 17th at 12pm CT vs. Texans OR December 24th vs. Seahawks at 12pm CT.

Course Description: Roads around Nissan Stadium and downtown Nashville

Will the race be rained out?
Event will be held rain or shine.

What is the course time limit?
90 minutes

Is there an age minimum for the 5K run?
For younger participants, parents are encouraged to run with their child. Children ages 5-9 will have the opportunity to register for our NEW T-Rac's Fun Run!

What is T-Rac's Fun Run?
T-Rac's Fun Run is a short race around the Titans field following the conclusion of the 5K race. To learn more about the Fun Run please see above or email Marketing@titans.nfl.com

Can I run in the 5K with a jogging stroller?
Yes, we do allow strollers on the 5K course. For the safety of those on the course, we ask that you start near the back of the pack.

Where can I get my results and photos from the race?
Upon the conclusion of the 2023 Titans Foundation 5K, please click here to find your photos and final race results. 

Are pets allowed?
No, only service animals are allowed on the course.

A Titans game ticket is included with my entry. Which games are available?
All participants will have the option to choose their game of choice at Nissan Stadium on December 17th at 12pm CT vs. Texans OR December 24th at 12pm vs. Seahawks

Where will my game day seats be located?
All tickets will be assigned in the 300 level of Nissan Stadium. Seats will be assigned based on availability at the time of your race registration.

When do I receive my game day tickets?
All participants will receive an email in the weeks following the race containing instructions on how to access their mobile game tickets through the Titans Mobile App. Be sure to download the Titans Mobile App on your smartphone.

I registered a team. Can we all sit together?
Yes, depending on ticket availability, signing up as a team is the best way to ensure that you and your friends will sit together. The Titans will make their best effort to seat you all in the same row or section based on availability at the time of your registration.

Will there be a bag check?
We will not have a bag check and bags are not permitted inside Nissan Stadium. Click here to review the NFL Bag Policy.

When does registration for the Titans Foundation 5K open?
Online registration for the Titans Foundation 5K opens on June 15th and continues through August 19th.

Can I register more than one person under my account?
Yes - you can register as many people under your account as you want. Select the "Register Another Person" option on the last page of registration, or you can start a new registration and enter your email as the account holder.

Can we register as a team?
Yes, you can register a team at the start of the registration process.

How do I create and/or join a team?
In order to create a team you must first start the registration process. On the third page of your registration process, select your category and tell us who you are, then you can create your team. To join a team, use the dropdown menu on that same page to search for your team - add yourself and submit your registration.

How do I become the Team Captain?
To become the Team Captain you must be the first person to register/create the Team.

Am I required to be a part of a team?
No, you do not have to join a team to complete registration.

How do I update my personal information within my account?
Login to your EnMotive account here. You can change all personal information here such as email, password, address, etc.

Where does a portion of my registration go?
A portion of the proceeds from the Titans Foundation 5K will benefit the Tennessee Titans Foundation. The Tennessee Titans are committed to serving our community and enhancing the quality of life within the areas we live and work.

Will there be post-race activities?
Yes, we will be hosting festivities after the 5K including music as well as, food and beverage items available for purchase. All post-race activities are weather permitting.

If I register for the race and unable to attend, will I still receive my t-shirt and game ticket?
Any unclaimed shirts from missing participants will be available to ship by request on a first come, first serve basis. To do so, please email groups@titans.nfl.com. All game tickets will be sent to registrants and you will receive an email post race with ticket instructions when those mobile tickets are ready to access.

How long is T-Rac's Fun Run?
Fun Run participants will begin their race by running through the Titans' iconic sword tunnel and down the sideline, following the route circling around the far endzone before continuing back down and through the finish line at the 50 yard line of the opposite sideline.

Is the Fun Run course going to be timed?
Our Fun Run race will not be a timed competition.

Where and when do we need to meet on race day once signed up for T-Rac's Fun Run?
All participants will receive an email by the week of the race with final instructions on what time and where to meet inside of Nissan Stadium to participate in the Fun Run. We will also update this site with that info closer to the race.

Will game tickets be included in the Fun Run registration?
Titans game tickets are not included in T-Rac's Fun Run registration, but we do extend a discounted ticket rate exclusive to our Fun Run participants and their families! During the checkout process of your registration, participants will have the option to purchase tickets for either the Titans vs Texans game on December 17th OR Titans vs Seahawks on December 24th at this special rate. Game tickets will be located in the 300 Level.

What's included in the cost of the Fun Run registration?
Every child who signs up will be able complete the Fun Run course around the Titans field. All participants will also receive an exclusive Fun Run event t-shirt and a racing bib at our Friday Packet Pickup event or the early morning on Saturday before 7:30am.
