Anthony Levine is in his first season on the Titans coaching staff. He joined the team following a 12-year NFL playing career and one campaign with the Ravens as a player personnel and coaching assistant.

As a defensive back and linebacker, Levine became one the NFL's top special teams players, a versatile contributor on defense and a prominent leader, earning the nickname "Co-Cap" with the Ravens for his role as captain on special teams.

Playing in 146 career NFL games—all with the Ravens—Levine compiled 87 tackles on defense, 16 passes defensed, four sacks, three fumble recoveries and two interceptions. Additionally, as a special teams ace, he tallied a franchise-record 62 total tackles on coverage units, while also producing one forced fumble and one fumble recovery.

At the time of his retirement following the 2021 season, Levine's 146 games as a Raven ranked as the 11th most in franchise history. From 2013-20, he played in 117 consecutive games, producing the fifth-longest streak ever by a Raven.

Levine captained a Ravens special teams unit that routinely ranked among the NFL's best. In the annual special teams DVOA (Defense-adjusted Value Over Average) ratings from Football Outsiders, a popular metric for analyzing and comparing each play to the league average based on several variables, Baltimore finished in the Top 10 every year following Levine's 2012 Baltimore arrival, including a ranking of sixth or better in seven consecutive seasons (2012-18), a Top 3 finish in four consecutive seasons (2012-15) and the No. 1 overall spot in 2021.

Levine entered the NFL in 2010 as a rookie free agent with the Green Bay Packers. After spending two seasons on Green Bay's practice squad, including the team's Super Bowl XLV title to conclude the 2011 campaign, he joined the Ravens in 2012. In his first year in Baltimore, he was a member of the team that won Super Bowl XLVII over the San Francisco 49ers.

In 2017, Levine founded the Anthony Levine 4Every1 Foundation to assist at-risk youth and their families through mentorships, educational opportunities and life-changing experiences. Through several partnerships, the foundation offers the following year-round programming to students: SAT Prep, SAT Test Vouchers, Summer Football Clinics and Digital Literacy Collaborative.

In 2021, he was honored with a citation from Maryland State Delegate C. Branch for his outstanding commitment to community service.

A native of Abbeville, La., and graduate of RJ Reynolds High School in Winston-Salem, N.C., Levine attended Tennessee State University in Nashville. He competed in 40 career games with 24 starts at TSU, totaling 129 tackles, five interceptions, seven passes defensed and one fumble recovery. As a senior in 2009, he earned second-team All-Ohio Valley Conference honors after posting 48 tackles, three tackles for loss, two interceptions and one pass defensed.

He graduated from Tennessee State with a degree in psychology.

He has two sons, Anthony Jr. and Alexander.
